Do you have parking?

We have arranged the closest parking, it is the public parking San Agustin.

Prepaid cards are available at a price of 22€ / 24 hrs. Instead of the normal price 27€/24 hrs. Our staff will inform you how to purchase them, reservations cannot be made.
Upon arrival, take your ticket at the barrier.

How to get from the airport?

The hotel is located 14 km from the airport. It is possible to arrive by public transport (Cathedral stop) or by cab service that can be booked through our company (27,50€).

How to get from the bus and train station?

The apartments are located at 1,200mts. from the train station and about 3 kms. from the bus station. It is possible to arrive by public transportation (Cathedral stop) or by cab service.

I have a promotional code, how should I use it?

This code can only be used in our establishment’s website, it is not valid in external booking pages. You must enter the code we have provided in the space reserved for this purpose on the website.

Is the price you indicate the final price?

The price shown in the reservation is the final price including taxes.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

Yes, we are at your service at any time at the phone numbers indicated.

Do you have crib service?

Yes, the service has a cost of 8€ for the whole stay.

Can I bring my pet?

Well-behaved pets are welcome in our apartments.

The service has a cost of 22€ per stay for extraordinary cleaning.

Can I pay for my reservation directly?

Yes, you can choose your method of payment upon arrival by cash or credit card, although you must leave a card as a guarantee at the time of your reservation.

Can I take out cancellation insurance for my reservation?

It has different free cancellation options depending on the season.

Can I extend or change a reservation?

You can do this by telephone once your reservation has been confirmed.

I will be arriving very late at night, can I come in at any time, can I lose my reservation?

Your confirmed reservation is not cancelled. You will be able to enter your apartment at any time if you let us know your approximate arrival time. Our service can open the front door and the door of your apartment.

Can I cancel a confirmed hotel reservation?

Depending on the rate you have chosen you have different cancellation policies.

What documents do I have to hand in at the entrance of the apartment?

We will send to your email a form for the completion of the identification of the guests, prior to their arrival. You must provide us with the ID or passport information of all persons staying in the apartment.
