The first Marquis of Falces and governor of the Alhambra, Don Alonso Carrillo de Peralta, was given his title by Ferdinand of Aragon in 1513 which also gives its name to this street and this beautiful complex of tourist apartments, located right in the historical centre of Granada in a renovated 19th-century listed building.
