The prices of the apartments can vary depending on the season.

You must respect the other guests, so please do not make noise between 22:00 hours and 10:00 hours. The apartments are designed to vacation using, visiting the city and rest of our gentlemen clients. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited parties and other events that may cause damage or neighborhood complaints.
Smoking inside the apartments and common areas as the portal, elevator or stairs is forbidden. Smoking is permitted in both the roof terrace and the balconies of the apartments, but please inform us when booking and these areas can be put thereon.
Timetables, handover and security
There is no reception and the handover will be at the apartments for every customer. Therefore, it is imperative that the client communicates arrival time once the booking is confirmed or two days prior to arrival.
The output of the apartments will be done before 12:00. If the client needed to stay a few hours, please contact us because we are subject to availability.
To make a reservation you must provide a credit card number, but will not take charge until the arrival at the apartment by the customer. This card also serves as a bond.
Stay in apartments
The apartments are in perfect condition and new. It is expected that the client returned in the same condition in which you found them.
If any damage is caused during the stay must notify the customer as soon as possible to repair it.
Payment, booking and cancellation
The reservation becomes effective when the card number is given and the customer receives a confirmation email. The card number is required as a deposit. Any amount will not be charged in advance.
Full payment will be made on arrival by card, cash or bank transfer.
If the booking is canceled 7 days before date of arrival, no amount is charged to the customer's card.
If the booking after 7 days prior to arrival date is canceled, the total amount of the first night will be charged.
